The only documentation on this pen is how to install the battery and then it just says to press the pen against the screen to activate. It says to touch the screen or the cross-hairs displayed, but no response. I went into the calibration in Control Panel. The odd thing about that is the BIOS at HP is one from Oct 2016. The unit has the latest BIOS dated 5-8-2017. ![]() When that didn't work I installed the driver from HP. I updated the graphics card first by Microsoft. I have only opened 2 so far, but the pen does not work on either one.
